Product Characteristic

The coating composition by weight ratio is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, 1.6% silicon. The production process of aluminized zinc plate is similar to that of galvanized steel plate and aluminized plate. The 55% Al-Zn alloy coating has superior corrosion resistance compared with the galvanized steel sheet of the same thickness when both sides are exposed to the same environment. 55% aluminum zinc alloy coating aluminum zinc steel plate not only has good corrosion resistance, color coating products have excellent adhesion and flexibility.

The surface of aluminized zinc steel plate is unique smooth, flat and gorgeous star flower, the base color is silver white.The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. Aluminized zinc plate normal service life up to 25A, good heat resistance, can be used in 315ºC high temperature environment; Coating and film adhesion is good, has good processing performance, can be stamping, shearing, welding, etc.; The surface conductivity is very good.
