Corrosion resistance is an important performance index of galvanized square pipe, and the common test method is salt spray test. By putting the treated steel pipe into the salt spray test chamber, set the temperature and brine concentration, and then carry out the test from 24 hours to 72 hours. At the end of the test, the steel pipe is removed and the surface corrosion is observed, and the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe is evaluated according to the degree of corrosion.
It should be noted that the salt spray test is only a simulation test method and does not fully represent the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe in actual use.
