Product Description

The German standard also provides for the surface level.

(2) Galvanized sheet should have a good appearance, there shall be no harmful defects on the use of the product, such as no plating, holes, rupture, and slag, more than the thickness of the plating, abrasion, chromic acid stains, white rust and so on. Foreign standards on the specific appearance of defects are not very clear. When ordering some specific defects should be specified in the contract.

Product Inspection

(2) Galvanized amount. There is a widely used method to estimate the thickness of the galvanized layer of galvanized steel is to look at the amount of galvanization. Generally speaking, the standard of galvanized amount is 50 g/m².

(3) Surface. Galvanized steel will have different galvanizing process, so there are different profiles, such as flat galvanized, fine zinc flower, ordinary zinc flower and so on different kinds of profiles.
